All Property Management Tiers include:
- Introduction of tenant to property with walk through and any specific instructions about your home. (May not be available for late check-ins)
- Paper products, bath soap & dish soap

- Regular property inspections. (Even during off season when property may be vacant for extended period)
- Arrange for semi-annual thorough cleaning
- Arrange for chimney cleaning (required once per year)

- Confirmation e-mails to owner when their home is booked.

*Marketing:
Resort Realty marketing services include:
- Advertising locally & nationally
- Interaction with Chamber and other local websites
- Advertising on Twitter and Facebook
- Video of your property. Video is utilized in advertising on the internet, including syndication to Youtube.com Example of Property Video
- Advertising and search engine optimization on RedRiverVacationRentals.com and BuyRedRiver.com websites
- Individual property website development for VRBO.com (Vacation Rentals By Owner) or other similar websites.
**VRBO Website(25% tier):
- The cost of individual property website, as well as development and content for VRBO is the responsibility of owner. Individual website development is an additional service that Resort Realty can provide to Owner at a price to be established.
- Owner manages all inquiries from VRBO and VRBO calendar.
- Owner coordinates with Resort Realty on reservations.
***Property Inspection
- We will personally inspect your Red River Vacation Rental immediately after guest check to ensure you have not incurred any theft or damage.
- We will take an inventory of your property
****Owner Cleans:
You have the choice of using Resort Realty to coordinate cleaning and deduct from rental income or you may choose to clean your own property.
