In addition you can watch the skiers or torchlight parade from the balcony or front porch with fantastic views of the slopes. If you choose to stay in the summer you step out your back door and are right along the Red River, or ride the lift up the mountain for a picnic or lunch at the restaurant at the tip of the mountain! A stocked mountain pond is out your front door and The Playhouse (children/teen arcade, skating) is just just steps away.
This adorable two bedroom home features an open floor plan, dining room, wood burning fireplace (wood supplied) and nice comfortable furnishings.
The well stocked kitchen is open to the dining room and features a breakfast bar , microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen has been completely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including plenty dishes, silverware, cookware & cooking utensils. Outside the kitchen door you can enjoy a private patio and a lawn with BBQ grills and picnic tables along the Red River.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed, crisp nice linens & bedding. In addition, you will enjoy a spacious private bathroom and a balcony with fabulous views of the Red River Ski Area Slopes and surrounding mountains.
Guests enjoy nice views of the river from the second bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds for extra guests.
