This fantastic home is our most popular Red River lodging and the only four bedroom with four bathroom Claim Jumper Townhouse. You just can't beat the location; a few feet to the
Red River Ski Area chair lift, fishing pond, the Red River and Main Street shopping,restaurants, galleries and activities.
It is a fabulous end unit, making for extra sunlight, views and two
balconies with breathtaking mountain vistas. The home is nicely
decorated with gorgeous southwest paintings and alpine inspired
furnishings. The large living room features a wood burning fireplace
with a huge hearth , a flat screen
television, DVD player, cozy leather couch and 3 chairs.
Kitchen and Dining:
The large open dining room boasts a beautiful table and chairs with plenty of seating and is open to a clean and completely stocked kitchen. Features of the kitchen include a breakfast bar, beautiful quartz counter tops, tiled floors, pantry, new stainless steel appliances (2011) and a back door that opens to a courtyard with BBQ grills and views of the ski area. The owners have thought of everything for the kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve great family meals while you are in town.
The second level of the home features another three bedrooms including two master suites. One master suite boasts a beautiful king log bed with fantastic new mattress and the other master suite with a queen log bed. Both suites have nice linens and gorgeous quilts, in addition to private bathrooms and french doors that open to balconies with tables and chairs to relax and enjoy spectacular mountain and ski area views. The forth bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed both with newer and super comfortable mattresses in addition to a large and private full size bathroom.

Boats, large trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers of any kind, or recreation vehicles (including without limitation, motor homes, travel trailers, four wheelers, and trail bikes) are not permitted in the Claim Jumper Townhouse parking lot.
